A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Defend The Galaxy
Fly your spaceship in first-person, third-person, or VR in this fast-paced, classic arcade style shooter with a geometric twist!
An Uphill Battle
Your enemies approach along a curved path, allowing you to see incoming dangers even from the pilot's seat. Dodge asteroids, lasers, missiles, and other hazards as you blast your way through wave after wave of invading spacecraft, all culminating in an intense boss battle. Then, warp to the next sector to discover what new perils await!
Three Ways To Play
At any time during gameplay on a monitor, you can swap between first and third person. Enjoy the classic arcade vibe with an orthographic, top-down view of combat, or jump into the cockpit with a first-person perspective!
For even more immersion, strap on a virtual reality headset and BECOME the pilot of your starfighter! Enjoy the full 360° view offered by your cockpit on any VR headset*, thanks to the power of OpenVR!
Fight With A Friend
Play alongside a friend in local co-op on a single monitor.** The sum of your scores is posted to the global leaderboards, but the enemies will be tougher!
*OSVR support has been replaced with OpenVR support as of version 0.3.1 to better facilitate compatibility with the widest range of headsets.
**Multiplayer not available in VR mode.
